Best way for basketball team and staff to regain support they have loSt is to show they can win on the road. After AppState on Jan. 2 in the Dome, they have four straight road conference games. Go at least 2 and 2 in those four and the criticism will be muted to some degree. If they play defense like they did in the last 5 minutes last night that is possible.

When you make enough post-season appearances, sure. Which he's done 3 of the last 6 years.

Technically, Marlin was 89-77 heading into this season, which puts him at .536, which is admittedly, not much higher than .500.
