This! To think, or expect, sTm to give up their home field advantage is absolute ludicrous.

The only way this game could be bigger is if it was the state championship game. They have great matchups year in and year out. I'm a TCH grad and can tell you both schools have a tremendous amount of pride for their school. It'll be a great game and I hope I can make it.

Swampy or anyone, have you heard if STM is bringing any additional seating?
That's because you have never been to a regular season Destrehan-Hahnville game. It is out of control!... and if both teams win this week, there will be a rematch next week with a trip to the dome on the line!

Heard cole Kelley is a pretty solid quarterback

They play each other every year. Both teams have won at each other's stadium. Home field is over rated in match ups like this.

I think the decision to not move the game isn't about the home field advantage...because there is no way I would give up that gate/concession money either!!! Saying you don't want to give up home field advantage is just a way to talk around it.

TC does not have a visting locker room? I seem to recall STM taking their precious time coming out of the locker room during the season 5 minutes after TC was on the side line. Then slowly walking to the endzone single file, then lining up doing a little dance, not be hind a banner like most but where all can see. They had to have delayed things at least 10 minutes with their late arrival. After all that shnanagins they wont even give TC a locker room to use?

I am not alum of either but as a casual fan that day I thought what STM did was classless.

I would think at CF you could more than double the attendance. Which would mean the same for concessions. The question is what would UL charge for us of CF? My guess would be the cost to turn on lights and security.

Most high schools don't have visiting locker rooms... Every high school I ever attended the visitor huddles in the endzone at halftime

Talking pregame not half. When I played in the 80s most schools would let you use a PE, locker room, girls locker room, fresh locker room..... for restrooms and to get off your feet in the 1-1/2 to 2 hrs you are there before the game. TC let stm use a locker, you would think the favor would be returned.

Is there some interest outside of TCH/STM allegiances for this game, of course. But enough to justify the loss of revenue from renting out Cajun Field, I don't think so.

Do you know for a fact they weren't offered? That they were locked out of the building?
