The Bellamy to Begue connection will happen early and often. I have a gut feeling about STM winning this one.

It is hard for any team to beat another twice in 1 year espically when they are so evenly matched. I'd give the edge to STM. I didn't go to any Lafayette school but will pull for the Rebs. If it were at Cajun field I'd go but won't go stand 3 or 4 deep in the end zone.

IMO, while that would be great for fans, STM would be nuts to give up home field advantage with a trip to the Dome on the line.

This should be the "Louisiana Bowl". I can't imagine there being any bigger game than this in the state. Huge rivalry playing for a state championship berth. Can't get any better than that.

Swampy or anyone, have you heard if STM is bringing any additional seating?

Though it may be played at STM, and one would assume that would be an automatic home field advantage, but because both schools are right here in Lafayette, I would expect the crowd to be 50/50. So if attendance is 5000, I would expect 2500 for STM, 2500 for Teurlings, regardless of seating capacity.

It was announced on Monday that the game won't be moved, and will NOT be televised. Advance tickets are being sold at STM from 11am-1pm today and Friday, as well as a limited number of premium parking passes to allow you to get closer to the stadium. Considering the expected crowd AND Black Friday shopping, I'd buy tickets early if possible.

I didn't mean it from an attendance standpoint. I meant STM being in their own locker room, continuing their pregame routine by getting to run down their ramp, Teurlings not having a visitors locker room, etc.
