Thread: 'Whatever it takes'

  1. UL Basketball 'Whatever it takes'

Being the new guy isn’t always easy, especially in team sports.

It requires a certain amount of openness to quickly develop chemistry that’s required on a field or a court. It takes time to earn trust to make one a highly functioning member of a team effort.

He seems to have plenty of ability in the 3 games I've seen him in. I like his ability to score in many different ways. Great hustle. Kind of reminds me of Brian Hamilton. Seems to be a team player first which is great to see in this day and age.

They need to involve him more in the offense. I see his minutes going up as the season progresses.

I'm looking forward to seeing how he does in the 'Bama game Friday night. It's on the SEC Network Boomer. Try to find it on your channel guide.

I am thinking he will really be the key to us advancing to the NCAA and later rounds. He is the player that impressed me the most at practice. He is listed at 6'7 but when he is next to Scott P (6'9") they look very close. I think his wing span has to be close to 7' and that allows him to play some great defense without getting into trouble.

The game is showing on SEC+ which is online only. Look under watch ESPN@Bristol for the listening. http://espn.go.com/watchespn/index#t...rt/basketball/
