For whatever reason, the 2014 season must have been counted as a normal season, not a redshirt, even though Simeon didn't play. There may have been some type of agreement made with the NCAA with regard to the recruiting violations. Maybe they will apply for hardship and get him another year? In any case, its easy to see why there are questions because in most cases, if a kid doesn't play, that counts as a redshirt season....and that would mean he could play this year and still be eligible for the 2016 & 2017 seasons. Maybe Mr. Johnson or Mr. Buckley can get this cleared up for us?
