im convinced at this point that we are not developing talent like we should period. Our players progress little unless they self motivated to learn. We look out of shape and lost. Im just not seeing the coaching out there.

31 yards on 15 carries with a 18 yarder. Nothing else comes close to our rushing issues. Give pierce more carries.
