We were told...Big Time. We lost to Akron. That promise is broken.

My philosophy is just because you have one nuanced season of underperforming stocks does not mean a promise was broken.

I might mean a stock market correction is needed but that does not always require changing brokers.

Where did you realistically expect us to be by year 5 of Hud? Not a trick question, just curious what your expectations were.

AT VERY LEAST, a .500 OOC record, 1-1 with LaTech in the signed home and home, and at least one out right conference championship.

But you're asking the wrong question.. Where did Hud tell us he wanted to be in year 5?

It's not under-performing that is the problem...

I think your 5 year expectations are reasonable. But why would anyone have a problem with what Husdpeth told us he wanted in 5 years? You and I both know that if he stated his goal was to be the best Suck Belt team, he would've been labeled small-time.

I don't have a problem with the expectations.. He sold me on those. Problem was, I went all in and believed it would happen.. It's really the basis of my frustration with him. I hate being fooled..

If Hud is a disciple of the running QB, then he needs to stop the fan dance, quit trying to run the Florida State offense with non-Florida State players, fire Jay Johnson, and go hire the OC at Georgia Southern and get this over with.

In fact, I would support him if he did this.

This kabuki theater we do with our offense has reached it's destination. We have no identity on offense.

    Get a clue coach.
    Yieeee... I agree.

Along the lines with Hud's theory, but in fact the opposite ... I have a sneaking suspicion that Broadway, Nixon and Haack's rushing numbers were/are all padded by the threat of Elijah McGuire.

And we also wouldn't have paid him 7 figures...
