We should see exactly what Haack can do if given the "proper" chance this weekend. No weather to worry about, fast track, no big pass rush....should see some sharper route running and a lot of completions.
If they give Haack the nod and it works out to about a 75-25 split -
I can see Haack posting something like:
20-28
250+ yrds passing
30+ yrds rushing
2 tds
With Nixon posting:
3-10
50 yrds passing
75+ yrds rushing
2 tds
I think we walk out with a win and Eli has his best game with the threat of an actual forward pass relieving the box of 8 men
Also do not forget the fumble by Robinson and McGuire. Those two plays hurt us more than anything else.
Was thinking the same, but didn't want to pour salt. Riles dropped a big 3rd down ball, Robinson dropped a TD and fumbled away another scoring chance. McGuire's muff destroyed our momentum. We were gaining confidence and rolling.
Btw, our offensive line played their best game at Kentucky.
