I heard Coach Katherine Katz on Different Notes with Kevin and Billy this morning on ESPN1420 and came away very impressed. So it made me go look at our roster and I see we have some height that will allow us to be very competitive in the S-BC.

33 Alex Weeks C 6-4 Fr. Opelousas, La. Beau Chene
3 Breionne Cooper C 6-3 Fr. New Orleans, La. West Jefferson
5 Jordan Alexander F 6-1 Fr. Dallas, Texas Skyline

Along with some returning height, granted not as tall, but should give us some experience in the lineup.

22 Gabby Alexander G/F 5-11 Jr. Bogalusa, La. Bogalusa HS
21 Jasmin Mills F 6-1 Sr. Belle Rose, La. Assumption HS

I think Coach Brodhead finally has a nice balance in size and speed, along with a nice balance of upperclassmen and new comers.

The freshman bigs will have to mature very quickly for us to have a chance to win conference. I'm looking forward to the season.
