Looking at the schedule. Why is there an exhibition game in the middle of the season?

Dec. 30th, at the Cajundome against Spring Hill College. (EXH) Is that normal to have a practice game in the middle of the season?

Possibly, but only if they show some type of competitiveness against the ones they are playing now.

This was done because of the long break in between games. South Alabama did this last year or two years ago.

The Cajuns were down 9 points at the 9 minute mark of the first half. The rest of the game they trailed by double digits. You are welcome to find that competitive. I don't.

Not sure who you are talking to but you do realize that both teams scored 50 points in the 2nd half, I would call that competitive.
