Well, he may have a strange hold, but he doesn't have a stranglehold LOL. I don't think anyone is suggesting Robbins won't be there. But Alex Pinero could be a double digit home run guy. It's also possible he (Pinero) might get worked at another position. They love Robbins. But getting Pinero's bat in the lineup is going to be a priority I think. But Pinero could also fall into the category I talked about in a prior post.

What's Pinero's natural position and how has he looked in fall ball? I'm assuming impressive if getting him in the lineup is a priority..

Also, Kennon is a natural SS, but has struggled with the bat, until Baton Rouge. I would expect him to step up and own that position, but I could definitely see how it would be a work in progress.

Sensely (sp?) has to be the favorite at 1st right? Sacrifice office for defense early in the year?

Kennon is certainly in the mix, but I don't think it will be at SS. And, you should know better than to suggest Robe is going to sacrifice defense, especially at first base.

He's not a middle infielder. Third base is his natural position. Like many juco transfers, he pulls off the ball a bit and they're working with him on that. He's solid defensively.

Yep, and they had Trosclair at first at the end of the season; that would open 2nd base for Fontenot et al.

My biggest question is how much will Harris and Lee be used? The great thing is, if they're cracking the starting rotation, they're performing at a ridiculous level.

Additionally, how fun would it be if Big Thunder rounds into form and becomes a shutdown power closer... Man the possibilities

Sensley, like so many others, have to earn their way into the lineup. He's still figuring it out as well.

IMO....and it's just IMO, he winds up as the DH.

Lee will be in the rotation a lot
