Can the university sue the POS and his little accomplice if the NCAA maintains that the rest of our athletic department and coaches really were not involved? At least get back the salary he was paid?? Maybe drag his little dane into with him?
IMO He doesn't have to admit to anything to be sued. This isn't criminal even if it feels so. He could be sued and compelled to testify. At that point his defense might be he might be self testifing in potential criminal activity in his testimony and refuse based on that.
litigation is expensive; his actions won't be covered by any insurance. his likely insolvency would make such a suit self-defeating.
