The NCAA has accused the University of Louisiana football program of major rules violations, the school disclosed on Sunday following a public records request made by The Daily Advertiser on Thursday.

This will kill any chance we ever had of ever getting out of the Sun Belt. I suppose that we'll now be banned from post season play for a few years, and I'm sure that that will come with a reduction in scholarships as well as being forced to vacate about 36 wins or so.

Absolutely unbelievable. Some things are just not meant to be. A successful UL football program may be one of them. I am done for now.

Here is the last known UL comment on David Saunders. Timing of his leaving appears strange to say the least. Hoping against hope we found something and self reported last year and asking him to resigne. Unless of course we are innocent, but usually you are not when it comes out like this most of the investigation are complete.
