Did Haack, hack off, Hud? What has Hud saying Nixon played so well, when every time I walked into the room he was throwing the ball over heads, at feet, INT-pick 6, or what half were completed. Haack PO'd "somebody bad" or he is hurt! If not, Play the TRUE FRESHMAN!

First, sorry Nixon got hurt. Don't want anyone getting hurt. We need everyone and I mean everyone healthy. That said, we got a chance to see what Nixon could do when not playing from behind. Wasn't pretty. Besides TD to Eli (a screen pass at that), he was not accurate. Sure, he had pressure, but so did/does Haack every game. Grant it, last play of half should have never been called, but he has to be smart enough to either change that play, or take the sack! Face it, he's not. Tv showed he missed a wide open Jamal on a slant for a probable TD in the 2nd quarter, when we were still very much in the game. Shouldn't he be the first option on every pass play!? We should go to a two back set with McGuire and Pierce, alternate QB's often and RUN the ball 85 to 90% of the time. Eat some clock and keep the Def off the field. Gotta be more successful than what we're doing.

Nixon played like dog ____ last week...and this week. It's not his fault. He isn't a QB. We have a tight shirt egomaniac trying to drive a round peg into a square hole on offense and defense. We suck. Embrace it.
