Here's the good news for ULL.
    1. Less pressure to win.
    2. Playmakers at RB/WR
    3. Good athletes.
    4. Unknown at qb.

    Here's the bad news.
    1. Dixon/Driskel
    2. Holtz > Hud
    3. small margin for error
    4. Tech's run defense
Not sure how the staff and team feels "less pressure". Maybe if we had won last year...maybe. But don't be mistaken, everyone in the Cajun corner knows the magnitude of this game and how much it means to our fan base....trust me, dog, there's pressure!

You're right. I should've said because the team isn't expected to win--they have less to lose.

Well at least you know the difference between 'your' and 'you're.' You must've been a standout at that vo-tech school you are so proud of.

Witty--how long did it take you to come up with that burn?

Apparently FOTV won't be streaming the game; y'all can _____ about it but we're getting paid +1MM/year for TV deal and I've been able to find all the games.

Hummmm..... Podunk regional network v/s WatchESPN, where I can be anywhere and watch my Cajuns play. Which one to choose?

I'm very surprised that you have time to post these nice, civilized posts given how much time you have devoted to mocking us on the laturd board.

Tell us, do you mock us in the same manner to your co-workers, friends and neighbors in Lafayette? Or do you only do the while hiding behind your keyboard???

I'm honestly interested in hearing your rationale for that one, unless it's based solely on last year's game between the two teams.

Also, I'd like to say that while your transfer qb's have worked out well these last couple of years, I believe that if Holtz tries to rely on that strategy for long it'll eventually bite you guys in the ___.

I've given my honest evaluation of Hud in previous posts. If I do it again, it will appear that I'm trolling--and I'm not. Like I told Cajun fans before, if y'all are pleased with him as a front man stick with him.

You're dead right about our transfer qb's. We were fortunate to land a guy who fit last year and Driskel is the type of player/person you bring in if given the opportunity. But if we do it any more, it wouldn't be good for the program imo...

I'm relatively new here so I've not seen your evaluation of Hud, or if your posts have been made since I joined, I've not seen them. Also, since I asked, I doubt anyone here would pile-on for trolling. At least I'd hope not.

I think he lacks composure and tends to over-value emotion in terms of preparation. As one of your poster's observed some games aren't "lost" on any given night. I contend that they aren't really lost on the week's preparation either. Big games are won by the type of "system" and "culture" the head coach instills throughout the year. Hud is reactionary and emotional. Thus, his teams have that same mindset.

Well, I guess with a digital converter and this bad boy, you'll be watching in style at the double wide...
