Predicting the attendance is useless because we never get an accurate report.
We should predict the gap between the reported and what was actual butts in seats. I predict 4k gap.

I think attendance could be high. LSU plays at 11 am. Watch the tigers and then head over to Cajun field. Or hell. Watch the tigers while you tailgate and then get your butts to the field.

No reason not to have a great crowd
Isn't LSU playing a cupcake this weekend? Still... Get the paper tigers into the gates.
I sit in the upper deck and have a very good view of the entire stadium. The first game we had about 30% of the chair backs occupied at the first game in the upper and lower decks. I walked an entire row with nobody in it in UD2. The remainder of the upper deck was about the same. I estimate about 50% of the remaining seats in the lower portion of the stadium on the press box side were occupied as was the SEZ. the student side was about 65 to 70 percent full.
Therefore, I predict 24,500.

We can do this every football season forever, but until we start bringing in competitive or big names schools we will continue to have our diehard 25k fans. That's the reality of the situation, the casual fan would rather stay at home and have a party and watch it on ESPN 3 on the big screen instead of spending $60 on tickets.
