The article said Kathleen Thames will take over on an interim basis, but with budget cuts, UL will not interview for this position. Kathleen does an incredible job with the La Louisiane, but is very careful throughout the publication to be politically correct in use of our name. I suspect both she and Dronet do not operate on their own and are given direction in that regard. It is time for Dr. S to take the reigns off of everyone and move our name agenda to the forefront. It's been 10 YEARS since our name change. Let's get more aggressive in use of UL and Louisiana! Now we will truly see what Dr. S is doing in that regard.

It's my understanding that you WILL NOT see any change in that regard. As much as we/she despised the name directive, it is how this state chooses to operate.
