Yes, but it should have never been put in the Ref's hands. This is exactly what makes me so mad about this program. They are capable of winning these games, but dig a hole soo deep that they cannot dig themselves out of it (see first play of this game).

I am not sure why we are so snake bit, for some reason, we cannot make our own luck.
