  1. UL Football Mark Hudspeth After Ragin' Cajun Scrimmage

    Ragin' Cajun Head Football Coach Mark Hudspeth met with assembled media after their a full scrimmage. He speaks on the development of the defensive line, WR corps, QB competition and young standouts.

    I would say so. I think coaches get nervous when one side of the ball dominates. Sounds like both offense and defense are having some good moments. On a side note I really dislike closed scrimmages. Would love for some guys like CajunT to give us some real practice reports vs what Hud wants to divulge.

    Maybe not two weeks before the season opener.

    There's an old football adage that goes: If you've got more than one quarterback, you don't have a quarterback.

    The fact that Hud has not yet named a starter is a bit worrisome, imo.

    we all know who the starter will be.. but why show your hand before you have to
