It looks like he said UL or Louisiana and the author changed it.

"(UL Lafayette) is really the school I've been working toward for the past year, year-and-a-half," Campbell said. "That's where I've always wanted to go. They have a great program. They have a great coaching staff and everything."
Looks to be another good get for the baseball program.

Oliver Campbell is a nationally regional ranked player by Perfect Game. He is the second HS athlete out of the Monroe area the Cajuns have secured Caleb Armstrong is the other. I mentioned both in the Todd Lott and Caleb Armstrong stories.

North Louisiana has never been a stronghold in recruiting for us. This is showing times are a changin.

My goodness.this team is going to be scary good. If we can parlay all this momentum into another Super Regional berth.we might be looking at Rice level for the next decade.

Can you remember a time when such decorated ball players were coming in on a regular basis? This year and last have been incredible.

Coach Robichaux sealed the deal with me while talking to him today. He truly is a great man and someone that any baseball player would want to play for. I can’t wait to play for not only a great coach, but a great man!” - Caleb Armstrong

I am soooo glad Coach Robe re-upped and that he is OUR head coach. All things considered. not just on the field we have the best coach in the nation

The success on the field and in recruiting has to be energizing for him as well.

No coach on the planet deserves & has earned facility upgrades more than Tony.he needs to be throwing that 1st pitch in his new Baseball Temple sooner vs later. We are blessed to have him.

The question must be asked.does Tony retire if the renovations to the Tigue fall through a second time?

No, he has already stated he is not going anywhere until the ball park is upgraded.
