Josh , we only met for 5 minutes but my impression of you was that you were professional knew what you were doing and put Honeybaked in the very best light.
Your newly ex boss is clueless.

I am shocked, to say the least about his decision. I feel that I have done nothing but be "commited" to the store. Be that as it may, my feelings and thoughts are a moot point.
The only thing I can gather is that perhaps cuts needed to be made, and I was taking in the most revenue?
It would have been nice to have an inkling this was coming. Nothing before has been ever mentioned, nor has he ever insinuated that I was doing a less than phenomenal job.

I'm saddened to hear the news. My first impression of that store was very favorable. It looked, clean, tidy, efficient, the food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I've sure left enough establishments with an unfavorable first impression to know how valuable a favorable first impression is.
What on earth is that owner's problem? And what can he expect in a month with no advertising?
Best of luck in the future. I really thought you had something special started there.
