Thread: Steve Hale Interview

As a recently retired educator, I have had more time to impart my limited "knowledge" on the human condition - thanks to 33 years in the greatest profession on earth.

And not that it has been requested nor may it be accepted... But here goes, anyway...

Man and Rebel could benefit from a little of what we referred to in education as "time out." It's a tried and true method for "those" at that point of "no acceptance." (Substitute your own noun/adjective for "those.")

Both Man and Rebel make good points at times. Neither will ever see the other's points. Please give each other a rest.

    Good sleuthing there buddy.
Here you go again with your BS. Did I say anyone called you a "shill"? What you are speaks for itself. It's out for everyone to see. I just wanted to know who you were personally to validate that your claim of "knowing me" was just another bold face lie. And I was able to do that. Now, for the sake of Turbine, and the others that asked me to keep my cool in fear of losing my comments here, I will take the high road and ignore your baiting. From this point on, you have no reason to address me, speak indirectly to me, or about me. That includes the smartass bait comments.

As the kids say.. "Keep my name out yo mouth".

Caught myself up tonight on all this. Interview was a great listen but Hale is way overqualified for that position imo. Sure would have been nice though! Maybe we can revisit this next summer for another opening.

As far as I can remember, the only two points I've made recently are:

    1. MAT should stop saying terrible things about UL fans and players.
    2. I'm not important, or relevant, or known to anyone at UL.

I stand by both of those statements wholeheartedly.

    Turbine,
Can we do a poll on the 10 am announcement? Simple, either affiliated or formerly affiliated w SLI/USL/UL, or no connection.
    I vote No connection.
    Gotta 50/50 shot!

I love this idea. We could also do an "initial reaction" poll after the announcement, seeing what people think on a 1 -10 scale, based on the resume' and history they present in the presser. I hope they take questions from those attending after he speaks..

With all the "not caring" going on from the administration about the petition and our response here...I'm sure they have been running silent to make sure the name doesn't get out. Loose lips sink ships. Loose AD's sink programs.

You really think a poll is needed to determine what the reaction will be? Have you been paying attention here?
