---My take was that he wasn't burning any bridges in his interview----He brought up various topics that were no brainers or would be to many qualified applicants but some that others might not have his background on---other candidates from a more fund raising background might have known more about that----Well lets cut to the present---WHY???? Why was he so much courted by our RCAF----Why was he made to believe that the job was his----Why, after these happenings, does the whole situation go down the tubes and the shoo in doesn't even get a smell??? I thought T would have asked this but that is hopefully for the next show --- I wish somebody would ask WHY because that takes all the guess work out of it---I had mentioned before that many things could have flagged his disapproval but WHY??? His caused based approach was impressive and one that is very popular in the golfing world and would be interesting in a college atmosphere!!! Seems like he would have been a damn good hire but from the job description the "WEIGHT" of the different parts of the job could have been factored in---The job was to me more of a staff member working for the AD, the VP, the RCAF, and of course the President----Coach's position has been and I think needs to be that of a CEO and even this could have been a very big negative---Well one more time WHY????
