If we had 5 applicants better than him, I cant wait to hear the new hire talk about his (or her) vision.

I hope that conversation isn't a huge disappointment.

I actually wasn't a naysayer about all of this. Stated a few times that I didn't know anything except what I've read, and began to fall in line with the Hale proponents after Buckley's article and Charlie Moncla's quotes.

But I get what you're saying.
