This guy is pretty darned impressive.

If we had 5 applicants better than him, I cant wait to hear the new hire talk about his (or her) vision.

They'll probably say about the same thing. 40 minutes in, nothing orgasmic so far. I like his laid back approach.

Those would all be excellent questions for the guy who actually gets the job. I'm not sure what the point of asking Mr. Hale all of this

I see you're starting to enjoy hearing Steve, but in reality BJ is interviewing a consultant in the college athletic field. If this interview were happening disconnected to the interview scandal, we'd all be the wiser for listening to Steve answer these questions.
