Just go ahead and tailor it to Haack's style. It will be okay to bring in Nixon on the goal line on 2nd and short or on 4th and short.
There isn't going to be a large difference in "play sets" between any of the QBs. The difference would be in play A or B out of certain sets... and what play to call and in what sequence by Jay in a given series. But, as we work closer to the start of the season, our staff has to begin working the starter with the first team on a continuous basis. Our staff will not go into 2 weeks prior to Kentucky unsure of a starter. Due to the major contrasts in just about every category, you can't keep unplugging the QBs with the rest of the first team... going into Kentucky. Even the QBs and team are going to know who the starter's going to be, by observation, 2 weeks prior to Kentucky. We can't believe a thing the coaches tell us... and I'm ok with that.
Our offense will most likely look like the offense that Chris Masson and Blaine Gauthier ran. Wide open vertical attack that will open huge running lanes for Elijah.
