I was starting to wonder if Travis was still at KATC. I have not seen him on the sportscast lately. Is it just me, or has he been on vacation?

I have been, still am on and will be on a little vacation. I'll be back for start of August camps. Like my tweet said, super pumped to add something on to the fall. I'll have the camera in one hand and a microphone in the other: shooting games and sideline reporting, giving "hits" in between plays when necessary. Should be fun! Ready for the season to get here already.

May have to get me a little radio to listen to during the game. Anyone have any good suggestions? People still use walkmans? Headphones? Bluetooth?

He is only doing the 2 hour pregame show now.

Gerald wants to still be involved, but his real job is causing him to travel a lot. And, he's asked Julie to give up her Saturdays for almost 30 years. This will keep him involved...and keep him home with his wife, who has been an incredible trooper over the years.

Windows Phone comes with an FM radio.

Every pocket FM I have ever owned uses the ear buds as the antenna so Bluetooth is probably off the table as an option.
