The Scoop: A third-round pick this year who has a long track record of success at Louisiana-Lafayette and with Team USA, Trahan has served as an excellent table-setter as Billings’ leadoff hitter. He will have to prove he can stick at shortstop, but his hand-eye coordination will make him a useful top-of-the-order hitter.
