Couple of truths. Most people love the name, then want to know what's a Ragin'Cajun.

The next thing is that pepper. I like him. Hardly anyone else does. I have zero problem with putting his remains in a gumbeaux.

There will never be a perfect Ragin'Cajun mascot or spirit leader the Catahoula hounds is also used by Centanary Gents. We would look poorly using the hounds.

Besides the man behind the mask, "a" secret to the success ofthe Fabulous Cajun Chicken was its long snout.

All he had to do was change direction and the FCC was automatically highly animated.

We had a crawfish mascot in the early '80's. It was a student walking around in a crawfish suit. Her head and face and front were clearly visible in the foam suit. It was pretty bad.
