I believe this is right. He got an extension and bump to $120k base in 2010. Before that it was $104k.

If this were a private sector position, he would be President, CEO, and majority shareholder, having created consistent revenue out of nothing years ago. Seems like the sweat equity should be worth WHATEVER the hell he wants. It looks like we all agree he is worth much more than what our school can pay him. If he is happy with it, I am happy we have him 5 more years.

There are a lot of incentives in this contract including a $60,000 signing bonus, as well as a guaranteed $30,000 a year for TV and radio interviews funded by the UL foundations. The coach should average close to 200K per year. He also gets $6K a year car allowance.
