I think it's important we not throw out who is giving what because we don't know.

Here's what we know.

We have a large money donor that is putting up 1/2. They have not had much, if any, success in finding other BIG donors. That is not to say it won't happen. So....there's what's really going on. To start throwing Luc or BJ's name around (or anyone else's) could be counter productive to the project.

So, if I understand correctly, we have a pledge (but not money in hand) for $5 million and have been unable to silently raise the needed matching $5 million but announced (or at least mentioned in interviews and conversations) start dates for the major renovations.
