Still has a $17.5 contract and we were his only D1 offer I believe. Being the kind of guy he is, woukdnt surprise me if he would donate that kind of money even if he isn't overflowing with money.

Wrong. 5 years $10.28 million. 1.5 years left. The contract is backloaded. Half the money is this year and next. There is a year at the team option, not guaranteed.

He's a good guy, but no dummy. You are mistaken if you think he owes anything to ul. He's earned every penny.

No Luc was part of the match, so I though. Luc, BJ, and the donor! Ponzi scheme was Mike M., the $5 million dollar man. At one time he had assembled 30+ UL grads who also owned Houston based Oil companies and they were to put up each $100,000 and Mike was going to put up the $5 Million. Along came Ponzi scheme and so for has shut that down.

BJ made 10 x what Luc has made. That's fine. So why are we planning a $10 million park with $5 million to pay for it?

What am I missing? Educate me. The whole thing still sounds like pipe dream.

Where did I say he owes anything? Don't know why you are offended by this, everywhere I see his net worth is 17.5 million. Do you know all his financial investments? Did anyone say he gave all 5 million? What if his portion is 500k? We have to have half the money in order to hire architects who actually can draw real plans and get a real cost... Not a cartoon picture. That's why the APC doesn't resemble the original drawing before they raised any money.

No, it's being designed. I spoke with the architects personally. It's real, from Tony's mouth as well.

How will it be paid for? I have no doubt the project planning has begun and soft costs have been spent.

They will raise the money, half has been pledged. They will raise the other 5 just like they raised the 21 million for everything else being done. We needed half to get started in design, it lucroy, BJ and another large donor. Don't know why I'm telling you because you either already know or won't believe anything anyway.

The APC cost was bonded with RCAF pledging payments. I thought we couldnt bond the Tigue since we filed bankruptcy.
