We have a large money donor that is putting up 1/2. They have not had much, if any, success in finding other BIG donors. That is not to say it won't happen. So....there's what's really going on. To start throwing Luc or BJ's name around (or anyone else's) could be counter productive to the project.

WMD were found by American soldiers in Iraq. Just not totally assembled. Drums of high potency chemical agents and artillery shells with unfilled chemical projectiles were found in contiguous structures. Because they were not combined and because it fit the media's agenda, they were not 'weapons of mass destruction', Just empty artillery shells and high potency insecticide.
