Who will be the Cajuns' punter this year? Do we have another rugby kicker lined up?

IMO he may be an All American before he leaves here....this kid will be a weapon

With the Ragin’ Cajuns losing one punter from Australia to graduation — two-year starter Daniel Cadona — they’re planning to add another Aussie who can boot the ball. It’s Steven Coutts, who is expected to join the Cajuns later this month as a midyear arrival, it’s been learned. Coutts will have four years of eligibility at UL, which also has a verbal commitment from Lafayette High kicker/punter Stevie Artigue to sign a letter of intent

I met Mr. Coutts a while back in the indoor practice field. He was practicing there with a good friend, who happened by to take a look inside. Steven is 6'5" and runs like a big deer! Seriously, I was throwing to him and he caught the ball like a veteran receiver....and you never heard the ball hit his hands! He definitely has kicking skills and IMO, will be better than Cadonna once he gets over being a rookie. You never know how some kids will handle the bright lights and being rushed for real....but I suspect Steven will handle it well and learning curve will be a short one. I saw him yesterday at Hub City Diner. He had just finished his first piece of pecan pie....washed it down with a banana shake! Said he was trying to gain some weight...LOL!

Clearly you are a confused Cajun fan😕😕😕

It is ULMost that goes for it on 4th down. Their coach sees himself as a P5 coach. Taking sides to slow the game down to protect those whales lungs. Thinks he is mini-Oregon going on fourth and going for two. I guess he is confused ? DuckDynesty does not equal Ducks.

Is going for it on fourth classified as running up the score? Lol, just kidding.
