If you want something with a toffee caramel smell and taste with a hefty mouthfeel but easy drinking at 8% abv try Oskar Blues Old Chub scotch ale. Delicious.

I've had several different Oscar Blues beers, but no Old Chub yet.
First Beer Today: Karbach Hopadillo. Office sent us home early this afternoon and said to stay home tomorrow. Apparently I should be building an ark.
2nd Beer Today: Buffalo Bayou More Cowbell. 9% ABV DIPA. Not one I've been crazy about in the past; however, 2 of these and 3 Hopadillos came free from a co-worker whom I dropped off at home today. Free makes any beer except Coors Light taste better.
Hell, since the office is making us stay home today (it's barely drizzled at my house thus far), I might as well brown up some pork chops and onions and make a grease gravy.
Forces me to open a Hopadillo.
Stone Enjoy By 7-4-15. Fantastic.
Victory Dirt Wolf while cooking up some corn and fixin' to sear a NY strip.
My favorite shop beer is Busch bottles. It reminds me of Monday nights at Nite Caps. Drinking a Delirium nocturnum right now.
I bought some Victory Prima Pils today. Looking forward to cracking that open!
Hooooo-hum...
Well at least I know Z reads my posts.
No pic and didn't think to post while I was drinking it. Cambridge Brewing Company's "The Audacity of Hops".
Belgian Style Double IPA. Very enjoyable. Don't know about it's availability in the Lafayette area. I picked it up at Acquistapace's in Covington.
Sounds heavenly.
