I went to a Tap Takeover last week while in Houston where 11 Under was advertising all of their different beers.
There were a couple of the brewers/owners at the bar talking about their brewery. It was nice speaking to them and I enjoyed everything I tried.
They are some great guys and growing quickly as a micro-brewery in Houston area. I recommend giving them a try if you run across their product.

I had this St. Arnold's beer and was blown away. I normally don't find St Arnold's stuff exceptional. Awesomely delicious.

I had a Chafunkta Voo Ka Ray IPA over in Mandeville the other day. Highly recommend it if you come across it.

If you want something with a toffee caramel smell and taste with a hefty mouthfeel but easy drinking at 8% abv try Oskar Blues Old Chub scotch ale. Delicious.
I've had several different Oscar Blues beers, but no Old Chub yet.
First Beer Today: Karbach Hopadillo. Office sent us home early this afternoon and said to stay home tomorrow. Apparently I should be building an ark.
2nd Beer Today: Buffalo Bayou More Cowbell. 9% ABV DIPA. Not one I've been crazy about in the past; however, 2 of these and 3 Hopadillos came free from a co-worker whom I dropped off at home today. Free makes any beer except Coors Light taste better.
Hell, since the office is making us stay home today (it's barely drizzled at my house thus far), I might as well brown up some pork chops and onions and make a grease gravy.
Forces me to open a Hopadillo.
