Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball coach Bob Marlin announced on Wednesday the addition of BYU transfer Frank Bartley IV to the 2016-17 roster. Bartley, the son of former Ragin' Cajuns all-conference football player Frank Bartley III, officially enrolled for summer classes at UL that began on Monday.
