He may have set a number or teams called and made offers he didnt accept... Someone could have tried to draft him at this point, we wouldnt know.

---Not sure if it is the attrition part, but a scout told me that they have to get those minor league teams filled out some way----think he was suggesting the very late rounders and free agent need!!
