Just watched TCU & NC State. TCU was down 8-1 in the ninth and tied it up. They then went on to win it in the tenth. Sound familiar to Cajun fans?

Former Cajun assistant John Szefc's Maryland club is giving #1 seed UCLA all they can handle. All knotted up 0-0 in the 4th. Winner moves on to the supers.

And Maryland takes out the #1 national seed in the country to advance to the Supers. I think these guys have a good shot against Virginia.

One four seed (VCU) advances along with second seeded Arkansas. Maryland and Virginia join the Cajuns as the three seeds that advance. The other eleven were all one seeds. All the other teams on the Cajuns side of the bracket were one seeds.

During the Maryland game the announcers discussed the supers. One of them said they might as well call out the national guard right now for the Cajuns and LSU.

Really dislike UCLA. Especially after they got caught using soccer scholarships to bring in ringers for softball. They were stripped of the 95' title after their Aussie pitcher enrolled for one semester on a soccer scholarship and apparently didn't even bother with academics. She returned to Australia immediately after the WCWS. UCLA was banned from post season in 96' and was put on two years probation. I think they lost a few scholarships as well but in my opinion got away with what I think was one of the worst violations I had seen up to that point.
