Bretheren, I know most of ya'll don't put faith in rankings, but Rice was ranked as high as #16 in the last poll and Houston was #13. That's pretty good competition. The Baton Rouge regional only had 1 Top 25 - LSU. UNC-W was in the top 35 but that's it...

No question we beat some very good teams this weekend. We were incredibly patient at the plate and minus Friday, we minimized mistakes and we pitched extremely well.
