Nothing against Guillory, but it is like last year, I would not have wanted Boutte on Friday either, I liked him as a Sunday guy, but not against someone else's ace. Regardless win or lose we are set up for another run through the losers bracket if Millhorn pitches, and if he win's, then I really like our chances all the way through.
Rice isn't going to throw their ace. No offense to Cody B, but Evan is a better pitcher. He started the season as a Friday night guy, and really was not bad; Gunner just kept getting better and better. I would also not be surprised if it's Milly. I, like Tony, believe firmly in Greg Milhorn. Always have.

Per Buckley Evan or Wyatt on Friday, Bacon available for long relief Friday and Greg long relief for Saturday

I don't think I've ever seen a more wide open regional.

If the journalists and reporters were smart, there would be a lot of coverage of the Houston regional. Get ready for a fantastic weekend of baseball.

Per Jay via Coach Robe: Wyatt Marks is your starter tomorrow.

I wonder why coaches reveal this stuff to the public at all. Hell, softball even put the wrong pitcher on the official starting lineup to try to throw Oregon off. LOL

At this point of the season, there are scouting reports and video out now that it matters little to a good staff.
