Man. Hate to say it but I felt like I just watched the softball version of Tin Cup....
first college softball game i've ever watched from the first to last pitch; boy, can i pick'em.
I'm glad Mike was feeling good enough to make the trip. But, his presence was certainly the difference in this particular game.
Unbelievable
Auburn 0-9 with the bases loaded, but 6 RBI with bases loaded via the WALK. Mind boggling.
The Cajuns?!??!?!
The Cajuns did EVERYTHING they needed to do to win!
Coach Mike Lotief single handedly cost the Cajuns that game by letting his ego or pride for Wallace get in the way of him making a straight forward coaching decision.
I have never seen a coaching performance that bad before. Coach Mike has won soooooo many games for the Cajuns by out coaching his opponents in the past.
Now, arguably the best chance that the Cajuns have EVER had of winning a national championship, he blows it because he can't stand to take Wallace out of the game after she has thrown 215 pitches! What the hell!??!?!
Any pitcher on the team could have gotten 3 outs before they gave up 5 runs!
Wallace walked 7 hitters and gave up 3 runs BEFORE HE EVEN MADE A MOVE!!! WHAT WAS HE FREAKING WAITING ON!?!?!?!?
I put that lose on mike. He should have never waited to pull Jordan
Thank goodness I'm going to a wedding tonight. I'll will be able to hit the bar pretty hard and the Cajuns taught me how I can just walk home afterwards!
when they had 2nd and 3rd with one out, why not load them up?... the extra runner doesn't mean squat, and that gives a force at home.
It's probably best if some people, myself included, not post about softball for a few hours.
