Have the game on my desk top. Why want it load on my lap top. It keep saying "sending to my provider, LUSfiber to log on". Anyone having this problem. Been using my lap top on the patio for all the games. Why problems now?

This is what I get..."Please wait while we send you to your provider to log in"...and it just hangs up there.
