He might not be as famous as Huckleberry Finn, and his dog Mattie is a lot different than Jim, but Nathan Landry has been traveling by himself along the mighty Mississippi River in a similar way as the famous Mark Twain characters.
Landry, 34, of Fayetteville, Ark., has spent the past week at the home of Doris Holcomb in New Iberia after spending 37 days sailing from Van Buren, Ark., on the border of Oklahoma all the way to the Bayou Teche.
