Just checked and it is closer to thirty now. You plug it into an HDMI port on your TV and then use your wireless network to connect your laptop, Ipad, etc to it.

You then get to watch HD quality video on your tv without ever getting up off the coach.

This is normal and has been done in the past. Keep in mind that when you bid on a regional/super you basically lease the facility to the NCAA. During that period they are free to do as they please.
