How do I get into the chat room? It says I'm not allowed.

It tells me that I do not have permission but I am registered in that Ragin Pagin place. What's with that?

I have no idea. I am registered too. The stickam has video and audio. I'm just watching the chat room there. I havent signed in.

I have but it says I don't have permission to go to chat and I have typed in ice and then tried my password , etc and nothing.
