U beat me to the punch. This isn't the first Friday night he has gotten nothing from his teammates. Leger has pitched his ___ off as of late. We just don't hit good pitching at all.

Cajuns with 4 hit's through 8. Sheesh.
Serious question to people that know hitting: how do you go into a collective team slump after hitting so well for the better part of the year? I know the old adage of hitting is contagious, but what's the reason our guys have sounded (I have not seen them in person a lot) so bad at the plate the past few weeks? Have they been messing with mechanics? Mental trouble?
Everybody is throwing offspeed
We just made another pitcher of the week for the second week in a row
South is a good club, not great and we are not playing as well although our young pups on the mound have been damn good......
There's nothing nice to say about tonight other than props to Leger for keeping us in the game for 8 innings. Other than that, it's probably best not to RaginPagin while angry. On the bright side, Caddyshack is on VH1 right now.
We got outplayed in every way. Who is the Einstein that scheduled a new car show and a Cajun Dome concert during a baseball home series?
Happens every year
I don't know how to explain it but we've seen plenty of team slumps in the past. Wrong time of year for it to happen though.
Honestly this club is exactly where I thought they would be....on a knives edge. Unfortunately it seems we are falling on the wrong side of the blade. The crazy thing to me is that I thought it would be because the young guys didn't step up. In a lot of cases its due to veterans not performing up to past performances. Probably from trying to do to much. Team chemistry is huge. We aren't bad but we aren't great.....
