This article is well worth reading as it lists and pictures the top academic performer in all our sports. Lots of familiar names in there like Blake Trahan, Kia Wilridge, and Steven Wronkowski. You have to be impressed with Jordan Wallace. Not only is she one of the tops in the nation in her athletic craft, she excels in the classroom and community as well. Administration should be commended for putting on this function and recognizing the academic accomplishments. Too often we pay only lip service to the point that we place some importance on academics. At least for one evening, the top performers in the classroom were recognized.
