We are planning a trip to a Dynamo game July 3rd. My 8 year old son just started playing soccer in the fall and he is in love with the sport. He is super excited about going to his 1st game.

You all will enjoy! Unless there is a Astros game at same time, parking should be good if it is like the game we went too.

I wonder if they're going to play their A team? With a team like City I assumed they'd put it in NRG (Reliant) Stadium. The fact that they're playing it at BBVA makes me think they won't be bringing along the big guns.

I haven't read anything. I did see Barnes and Davis interview about the City game but that is most probably promo. If I was there in person, I would wanna see A Team. Either way I would be fine. as a Dynamo fan, they need to focus on playing a full 90 mins within the table. 2 wins in 9 games won't cut it in the deep West. 8 goals giving up in 2 games has been hard to watch, especially as good as the D played earlier on.

Astros will be in Boston that weekend. We are going with a group of friends so we will try and get in kids in the Rally Tunnel. I should know more later this week. Im excited to see the game myself.

I never thought I would admit this but Im starting to be a soccer fan. Im also contemplating purchasing the MLS package with Directv.

I bought MLS Live first time. I love it. But there are a number of games that are blacked out if they are on national television. Usually 6-7 out of 10 each week you can watch live. If not you have to wait 24-48 hours to see. But if you have a busy schedule it works out fine.
Tonight's Dynamo game is blacked out on MLS Live but luckily for me it's finals week so I'll watch it tomorrow night or Friday night and stay away from finding out the score.
The Western Conference has some great matchups. Really crazy fanbases! It's exciting to me and I only been a soccer fan for about 5-6 years.

Good thing about soccer is it's a quick game. Great for kids and their short attention span. 7 o'clock game will have you out by 9ish

That is one of the things that I am liking most. Also, they dont play 100+ games. I like the fact that they play 1 or 2 games a week.

I watched the game last night on Directv Root Sports carries a majority of the home games. Root Alt station last night.
