Slowly but surely, we're seeing the Windows 10 user interface get polished in preparation for general availability._ With the release of build 10061, Microsoft has improved the look and feel of the Start menu, Taskbar, and Action Center.
On the functional side of things, the ability to resize the Start menu has made a welcome comeback after an absence in previous builds._ This makes it easy to dial in an exact amount of information density, depending on your needs._ The power button has also been moved to the bottom left of the Start menu. These improvements were apparent in the recent leaked build of 10056, but was not available for participants of the Windows Insider Program.
