Up until recently, every PAC 12 stadium was a dump. I went to the super regional at UCLA a few years ago and their stadium was no better than a high school stadium over here. Cal and Stanford have recently built new stadiums. I believe that the budget for Oregon's new stadium is 20 million. It will be state of the art.
